We strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience when ordering cakes through our site. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue and make it right.

Refunds:

If you cancel your order before it is processed, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used to place the order. If there is an issue with your order that results in a refund, we will issue the refund to the original payment method used to place the order.

Refund Process:

Refunds may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
